2. DATA STORAGE AND RISK. Any data, documents, or content you create, upload, or store on this platform is provided at your own risk. We do not guarantee the preservation, backup, or availability of your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any important information.
3. NO LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of your data, whether due to technical failures, service interruptions, account termination, or any other cause.
4. LICENSE TO CONTENT. By submitting or generating content through the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, analyze, adapt, create derivative works from, aggregate, de-identify, and otherwise use such content and related data for any lawful business purpose. 5. DATA RETENTION. We reserve the right to retain, delete, or archive any data associated with your account at our sole discretion, including after account termination.
6. SECURITY. While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit any information you expect to remain confidential unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, and the site owner disclaims liability for any losses or damages arising from use of or reliance on the website or its content.
8. ESTIMATE GENERATION, MEASUREMENT EXTRACTION, PRICING, TAX, AND OUTPUT DISCLAIMER. You acknowledge and agree that this website uses automated software processes to parse uploaded reports, extract measurements, generate line items, apply waste factors, taxes, overhead and profit, pricing defaults, and create downloadable estimates and PDFs. Any measurement, quantity, line item, description, scope, waste factor, tax amount, pricing value, room assignment, calculation, or PDF output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misformatted, or unsuitable for your intended use. Any default, sample, suggested, or preloaded pricing made available through the website is illustrative placeholder data only, may be fictitious or materially inaccurate, and must not be relied upon as real market pricing, contractor pricing, carrier pricing, or jurisdiction-specific pricing. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all uploaded data and all generated outputs before using, sharing, printing, emailing, or relying on them. The site owner disclaims all liability for any loss, undercharge, overcharge, tax error, claim dispute, denial, penalty, delay, or other damages arising out of or related to any output generated by the website.

11. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS. EagleView and the EagleView logo are trademarks of Eagle View Technologies, Inc. RoofDiagramEstimator.com is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Eagle View Technologies, Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
12. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the site owner, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any estimate, PDF, or other output you generate, distribute, or rely upon; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights; or (e) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Service's output.
13. LIABILITY CAP AND GOVERNING LAW. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the site owner shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii.
14. PRIVACY. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. AGREEMENT VERSION. This is Version 2.0 of our Terms of Service, effective April 10, 2026. By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. A copy of this agreement will be emailed to you for your records.
