• Uploaded Content: PDF reports (such as EagleView reports), extracted measurements, and any data you enter into the Service including property addresses, claim numbers, policy numbers, insurance company names, pricing data, and estimate line items.
• Generated Content: Estimates, PDF outputs, calculations, and other outputs produced by the Service from your data.
• Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, timestamps, and session data.
• reCAPTCHA Data: We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse. Google may collect hardware and software information as part of this service. See Google's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

We may use account data, uploaded files, extracted measurements, estimate data, pricing data, usage data, device and log data, and derived data to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your uploads and generate estimates
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, notifications)
• Analyze usage patterns and improve features
• Train, tune, validate, and improve our software, extraction systems, estimation logic, and related automated systems
• Generate aggregated, de-identified analytics, benchmarks, and market insights
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Support any other lawful business purpose

Data Ownership and License

You retain whatever ownership rights you have in the content you upload. However, by using the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use your content as described in our Terms of Service (Section 4).

We own all right, title, and interest in the Service itself, and in any analytics, statistics, trends, benchmarks, models, aggregated data, de-identified data, and other derivative or operational data generated from use of the Service.

No Expectation of Confidentiality

Do not submit any information you expect to remain confidential unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing. While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, we do not undertake any duty of confidentiality with respect to submitted content beyond our reasonable security efforts. You acknowledge that no online service can guarantee absolute security.
